Joe is an associate in the Corporate Healthcare team at Acuity Law.

His focus includes acquisitions, mergers and disposals across the healthcare sector, in addition to re-organisation work and investments.

Joe has particular expertise in advising on the sale and purchase of dental practices across England and Wales, having worked extensively with Portman Dental Care. He is experienced in handling high-value matters for both corporate and individual clients.
