Julie is a consultant partner in our Commercial & Technology team.

She is a seasoned tech, digital, outsourcing, commercial, and regulatory lawyer with an extensive background in tech, digital, data, passenger rail regulations across the UK/Europe. In particular, she has a keen interest in digital, technology and data regulations and policy changes.

Julie is highly adept at supporting complex cross-jurisdictional transactions, outsourcing, SaaS/licensing, Cloud, website development, systems integration, MSAs, and data deals in both regulated and non-regulated sectors.

She has significant experience in leading legal teams, spearheading cross-functional projects, representing businesses before European institutions, and accumulating successful negotiations for suppliers as well as customer organisations. Julie fully understands the needs and challenges of customer-driven organisations and has extensive experience working with public institutions and regulators.
