Marina is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team.
She has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, investments and funding rounds, joint venture arrangements as well as general corporate advisory work.
With a particular focus on the tech, media, and entertainment sectors, Marina has been involved in several high-profile transactions. These involved acting on the sale of the Genesis music catalogue, advising on the acquisition of Outright Games by EMK Capital, and supporting Playtonic Limited in an investment by Tencent while at a previous firm.
Marina also has substantial experience advising clients on employee share schemes, including the establishment of a complex and bespoke scheme for an Oscar-winning film production company.
Marina is a Committee Member and one of the Founders of Midlands: Women in Deals Network, is a fluent Pashto speaker and enjoys engaging in various volunteer and business development activities. She is passionate about working with founders and owner-managed businesses, guiding them through complex corporate journeys, whether that’s a growth phase, securing investment, or navigating a sale.
