Michael Summers is a Legal Assistant within our Employment team.
Michael assists with employment tribunal matters, from preparing bundles and drafting documents to managing key deadlines and supporting client communications. He plays a key part in organising case materials, maintaining document accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. He is also involved in onboarding new matters, helping ensure risk and KYC checks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Michael draws on prior experience in both pro bono legal casework and charity governance, where he developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of confidentiality and regulatory compliance. He has worked directly with clients and legal professionals, contributing to complex case reviews and supporting strategic decision-making within a corporate board setting.
