Rachel is a Solicitor in Acuity’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team.

She focuses on commercial disputes across a range of industries, encompassing contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes, commercial debt recovery and professional negligence. She also handles dispute resolution, including negotiations and mediation.

Rachel has experience at the High Court and Court of Appeal.

Advising Red and Yellow Limited and R&Y NL Limited on a claim arising from a joint venture agreement in relation to the development of quality extra care accommodation.
