Rhydian Thomas is a Trainee Solicitor within our Corporate Healthcare Team.
Rhydian joined Acuity as a Real Estate Paralegal in October 2023, during his time as a Paralegal, Rhydian supported on commercial and residential property transactions. He is well-versed in the entire lifecycle of a real estate matter, from set-up and case progression, through to completion and post-completion matters, including client liaison.
He has worked extensively on behalf of property developers, handling local authority-related matters and landlord and tenant issues.
Rhydian graduated in Law from Cardiff University in 2021 and is studying for the LPC alongside his paralegal duties.
He is a keen rugby fan and a Scarlets season ticket holder. He also enjoys cricket, going to the gym, and spending time on the beach.
