Rupert Thomas is a Consultant within our Real Estate Team.

Rupert is a commercial property specialist, handling sales, purchases and finance; commercial landlord and tenant; and residential and commercial development.

He has a particular interest in easements and covenants.

Prior to joining Acuity, Rupert has enjoyed a distinguished career in property law. He founded a respected Cardiff-based commercial firm, which later merged with a national firm at which Rupert remained as senior partner of the Cardiff office.

Married with four grown-up daughters, Rupert is kept busy by seven grandchildren and a Labrador. He is a keen sports fan and golfer, is a trustee of both The Jane Hodge Foundation and Llanrumney Hall Community Trust and is President of Cardiff Golf Club.
