Trevor is an experienced and trusted real estate lawyer with particular expertise in the Social Housing sector.
He has long-standing experience in residential-led developments and is skilled in all aspects of development and development finance, specialising in strategic land and acquisition/disposal transactions with landowners, investors, Registered Providers, and house builders.
Trevor has a particular interest in renewable energy and often advises on developments with eco-credentials and within the Alternative Housing Market, including for PRS and Energy providers, FPRPS and investors.

Ongoing regeneration of the Laindon Centre, Basildon to produce mixed residential, commercial and office development over five Phases. The scheme comprises 226 residential units, a number of new commercial units and a new Headquarters office premises for Swan Group, as well as the re-provision (sale and leaseback) of a new Health Centre and anchor Supermarket Foodstore.
Advising Chelmer Housing Partnership in connection with a number of s106 deals for the affordable housing element of major housebuilder sites in Essex and asset sales of its managed portfolio of housing stock initially transferred as a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer by Chelmsford Borough Council.
Advising Optivo (now merged with Southern Housing Group) in connection with a s106 deal for the variation of the s106 Agreement and the negotiation of a development agreement and acquisition of the affordable housing element comprising 30 social housing units and 14 shared ownership units at Callis Yard, Bunton Street, Woolwich.
Advising Greenfinches Group on a conditional acquisition and options to develop three Phases of holiday homes, a hotel, retirement homes and leisure facilities at adjacent to the leisure facilities at Stonelees Golf Centre, Ramsgate, Kent.
