Our services include sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, Health and Care Worker visa, Global Talent visa, High Potential Individual visa, Innovator Founder visa, compliance audits and civil penalties.

Pricing

Immigration

Immigration pricing is structured on a fixed fee basis and is subject to VAT at 20% , unless an individual applicant is exempt from VAT. You will not be subject to VAT if

  • You are an overseas resident
  • You have valid leave to remain in the UK
  • You are seeking asylum in the UK

Fees are agreed from the outset of the matter and additional agreed fees may be charged if the work goes beyond the scope of the fees originally agreed.
Our fees do not include:

  • UKVI fees
  • UKVI premium service fees
  • Immigration Health surcharge fees
  • Counsel fees
  • Court fees
  • Interpreter or translation fees
  • Expert report fees
  • Housing reports for immigration
  • DNA reports for immigration

Unless otherwise stated, our fees include:

¡E Reviewing and advising upon documents
¡E Preparing and submitting applications
¡E Drafting legal submissions/ covering letters
¡E Follow up advice outcomes of applications

All quoted fees are subject to complexity and will fall within the stated price brackets below:

„h Sponsor licence applications | ¢G3000- ¢G5000 plus VAT
„h Managing sponsor licence | ¢G250- ¢G2000 per month plus VAT (subject to number of migrant employees)
„h Sponsorship duties, immigration compliance and rights to work | ¢G1500- ¢G3000 plus VAT
„h Business visas/ innovator visas/ Expansions worker visas | ¢G3000- ¢G5000 plus VAT
„h Work based visa applications | ¢G2000-¢G3000 plus VAT
„h Global Talent visa applications | ¢G3000-¢G4000 plus VAT
„h Individual and family-based visa applications (in country and entry clearance)
„X Further Leave to remain | ¢G1500- ¢G3000 plus VAT
„X Settlement and Indefinite leave | ¢G1500- ¢G3000 plus VAT
„h Citizenship and nationality applications | ¢G1200-¢G1800 plus VAT
„h EUSS based applications | ¢G1500-¢G2500 plus VAT
„h Visit visa application | ¢G1000- ¢G2000 plus VAT
„h Judicial review/ Administrative review applications | ¢G2000-¢G5000 plus VAT
„h Appeal matters | ¢G2000- ¢G5000 plus VAT

Disbursements

Disbursements are costs that payable to third parties. These payments are subject to VAT and the VAT and added to your third party invoice.

Barristers fees: These fees are based upon the experience of the barrister that you decide to instruct and can vary from ¢G600- ¢G2000 subject to the type of matter they are instructed for.
Time scales
It is not possible to confirm the exact timescales that it will take for each matter to conclude. On average most matters can take between 2- 12 months to be processed by the UKVI.
