We offer advice in relation to perimeter rules and regulatory issues, product development, distribution and marketing, innovative technologies, funding, insurtech, regtech, payment platforms, AI, machine learning and automation and infrastructure, cloud, procurement and cyber security. 

• Advising HealthKey, a London-based healthtech, in its £1.13 million seed funding round.
• Guiding the shareholders of Do-It Solutions, a global market leader in neurodiverse screening and assessments, on its acquisition by Lexxic, a specialist in workplace neurodiversity assessment, training and accreditation services.
• Representing the selling shareholders of Discover Momenta and its subsidiary, Momenta Newcastle, in their acquisition by Liva Healthcare. Momenta provides and licenses digital, virtual and in-person healthy lifestyle programmes to National Health Service (NHS) organisations, local authorities and other third parties across the UK. Liva is a digital platform offering human-led interventions for chronic health problems.
• Acting for Telonostix – a Cardiff University spin-out working in in-vitro diagnostics – in connection with their equity arrangements and commercial contracts.
• Acting for Bond Digital Health in connection with multiple rounds of investment by Development Bank of Wales and Wealth Club Investors.
• Working with Independent Clinical Services in connection with its acquisition of ProClinical, a company that provides an innovative suite of staffing and consulting solutions in the Life Sciences sector.
• Advising Pill Time on multiple funding rounds for its automated drug delivery business.
• Assisting Potters Bar Eye Care – a company that markets proprietary software used by opticians for assessing acuity issues – on a reorganisation of its business.
• Leading contractual negotiations for Human Data Sciences – a market leader in the analysis of healthcare data – and advising on multiple investment rounds.
