Social care

Overview

Deals

We support social care clients with their transactional work – such as refinancing, corporate and property acquisition programmes, property development opportunities, fundraising and investments, venture capital deals, disposals and re-organisations – as well as CQC registrations and NHS contracts and routine business needs, including HR and employment advice, dispute resolution, data protection and commercial contract matters.

Regulatory challenges

In addition, we have considerable experience in supporting social care practices with robust responses, challenges and appeals to inspection reports and regulatory enforcement actions, safeguarding allegations, investigations and serious care reviews, inquests, prosecutions, Tribunal appeals, commissioning fee disputes and professional disciplinary matters. We have detailed knowledge and understanding of the pressures facing CQC-regulated organisations, and can support you with empathetic, pragmatic and tailored advice for business-critical regulatory issues.

As a full-service business firm, Acuity Law is especially known for the breadth of its offering. Our employment, immigration, commercial and real estate specialists regularly advise dental providers on all aspects of their NHS and private businesses.
