Ffion studied LLB Law at the University of Bristol, graduating in 2019. She went on to study LLM Legal Practice at Cardiff University, graduating in 2020, before joining Acuity as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2020. Ffion qualified within the Corporate Team in October 2022, having sat as a Trainee within the team for 9 months before that.

Ffion has assisted on a number of acquisitions, disposals, banking & finance transactions.

She has a keen interest in start-up businesses, having previously advised University ‘spin-out’ Companies.

Ffion has undertaken pro-bono work at The Bristol Law Clinic and Cardiff University, and she currently volunteers as a student mentor with Bristol University.

  • Advising on the UK aspects of the merger between Zygo Holdings, a digital media and marketing agency that provides video production services in the gaming/streaming world, and Upload, Inc, a Texas-based company
  • Acted for BSN Social Care in its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of AFA Fostering Ltd
  • Acting for specialist manufacturing plant, Polestar Cooling Limited, on its acquisition of the business and certain assets of LMS Limited, an industry-leading manufacturer of cooled incubators, pharmacy fridges and temperature-controlled cabinets
  • Advising Choice Care Group subsidiary Care Without Compromise Limited in ts acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Aspire (Swansea) Limited and its subsidiary, Aspire Support Options Limited
