Meet The Team

Acuity’s Construction team is renowned for its breadth of expertise across the full life cycle of construction projects, from feasibility to completion. The team has successfully undertaken a wide range of projects across sectors, from healthcare to higher education, and from manufacturing to residential property.

The department addresses the challenges facing today’s construction industry. Team members pride themselves on taking complex ideas from proposal to practical completion, while handling all aspects of a project from acquisition and planning to construction and leasing, including both contentious and non-contentious issues.

We have consistently engaged in high-profile work, ranging from complex infrastructure developments to large city-centre regeneration schemes. The team has a particularly strong reputation for major development work and has worked on a wealth of high-profile and innovative projects, delivering new models of city-centre living, commerce, creativity, and entrepreneurship.

On the contentious side, our team manages disputes related to prominent projects and marquee developments across the United Kingdom. Our litigation portfolio spans residential developments, mixed-use office space, retail, commercial developments, industrial developments, residential and historic monuments. Our clients include social housing providers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and construction professionals.
