Jordan joined Acuity in June 2023 having spent 5 years at Hugh James and is an Associate in our Real Estate Finance Team.

Jordan is experienced in a wide range of real estate practice areas including development, sales and acquisitions, landlord & tenant matters and telecoms but now predominantly focuses on real estate finance transactions including development funding, investment funding and re-finances.

Jordan acts for both borrowers and lenders and regularly acts for names such as Principality Building Society, Lloyds, Hodge Bank and Handelsbanken.  Some of his recent notable cases include a £4 million development loan for 23 new build houses in Carmarthenshire and the £10 million re-finance of a South Wales housing association portfolio. 

Jordan has a lot of experience doing residential and commercial development work, acting for developers across South Wales, Bristol and the Midlands.  This experience proves invaluable when dealing with development funding transactions and enables him to anticipate potential issues early and provide solutions.

Jordan prides himself on using his commercial nous to get deals done in the most efficient way whilst still ensuring that clients are protected.  His wider real estate experience also enables him to provide clients with well-rounded advice.  Jordan is very approachable and personable and this has helped him build strong relationships with clients.

Jordan is also a fluent Welsh speaker and is comfortable giving advice in both English and Welsh.
