Keir is a consultant partner in our Corporate team.
An experienced multisectoral general counsel as well as commercial and transactional lawyer, he brings his 30 years of legal experience to bear on behalf of businesses in the blue economy, biomaterials, agriculture, agritech and energy transition spaces. He is also active in ESG delivery and carbon trading.
Keir’s expertise includes commercial partnerships and joint ventures, project development and licensing, finance and trade finance, corporate and M&A, corporate governance, as well as IP licensing and technology.
He has worked for and with technology and media pioneers, leading logistics and global agro-industrial players as well as start-ups/scale ups. He supports innovative social enterprise companies in board and advisory positions and has substantial governance and board experience in a range of contexts.
Keir has been recognised by the GC Powerlist and as a Team of the Year finalist by the Lawyer.
