Acuity Law Portal Launches To Save Businesses Time & Money

Leading commercial law firm Acuity Law is paving the way for the future of the legal industry by introducing technology that will instantly save businesses time and money.

In a ‘you asked, we delivered’ approach, the firm has launched an online portal following consultation with clients.

Benefits to portal users include:

  • A suite of legal know-how via the Knowledge Bank – spanning commercial contracts, employment, data protection, IP, corporate governance, and how-to guides.
  • Market-leading insights from our team of experts, offering in-depth analysis of current trends through articles and podcasts.
  • A wide range of services and legal tech developed by our team.
  • Exclusive Discounts on services from our esteemed network of Acuity Alliance Partners.

The Acuity Client Portal was launched to the firm’s retained clients in 2020 to provide Acuity Counsel Clients seamless access to live matters, financial reporting and a repository of legal documents and templates.

Fast forward to 2024, the portal, which has been built by Acuity’s in-house developers, has undergone a complete upgrade and is now available to all businesses, whether or not they are a client of Acuity.

The law firm, which has offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Leeds and Liverpool, is at the forefront of innovation in the legal sector, having developed several bespoke industry-leading legal solutions in-house.

Adele Carter, Commercial Director at Acuity Law, said:

“Our clients, and indeed future clients, will now have access to the information they need at their fingertips, 24/7.

“By being able to address their basic, day-to-day needs and queries via the portal, conversations between clients and lawyers are more specific, more productive, and more valuable.

“In a climate where many businesses are struggling, we can offer them improved access to their billing, help them solve queries without having to pick up the phone, and introduce them to new products and services and that will help them better manage their finances.”

Steve Berry, Chairman, Acuity Law, said:

“People are quite rightly mindful of the meter ticking when dealing with their law firm, and we’re turning that notion on its head, putting our clients in the driving seat, safe in the knowledge that a talented team of lawyers is ready to step in when needed.

“We’re investing heavily in the very latest legal technology and are proud to have an in-house team of software developers creating bespoke products and services that are really enhancing our client relationships and streamlining the user experience, leading to tangible cost and time-saving benefits for clients.”
