Alun is a property disputes specialist, experienced in social housing management and commercial landlord and tenant disputes. As well as responding to social housing disrepair claims, he has handled high-value commercial dilapidations claims and other breach of covenant claims on behalf of commercial landlords and tenants. He has advised Valleys to Coast Housing Limited and several other Registered Social Landlords in respect of housing disrepair matters.
Before joining Acuity, Alun was a member of Hugh James’ housing management team.
