Work Highlights

Acting for Remedy Healthcare Solutions (RHS) in defending a claim commenced by the UK’s largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions against several Defendants, including RHS, for alleged misuse of confidential information.
Acting for a shareholder seeking damages, declarations and orders concerning breaches of a Shareholders Agreement relating to an independent hospital.
Representing a firm of accountants against a claim for damages and Springboard Injunction commenced by a leading UK-wide accountancy firm against four Respondents (including our client) and a number of individual Defendants, who were alleged to have breached their restrictive covenants and misused confidential information.
Acting for a large South Wales-based housing association in its claim against a contractor regarding issues relating to a South Wales development.
Acting for a residents management company in relation to a claim against a developer pertaining to fire safety issues in respect of a number of buildings in a large residential development in London.
Acting for a Agform Technologies Limited and Delsys Technology Limited in relation to anti-suit injunction proceedings commenced against them in the High Court.
