Erika Kenny is Revenue Controller within our Finance team, with responsibility for the firm’s working capital performance across Billing, Credit Control, WIP and lock-up management.
Erika has played a central role in building and developing the firm’s Credit Control function from the ground up — creating processes, improving visibility across client accounts and leading the implementation of a dedicated Credit Control module within the firm’s CRM system, significantly improving efficiency across the function. She oversees the firm’s Billing and Credit Control functions, driving continuous improvement across both areas and ensuring both run to a consistently high standard. She works closely with fee earners and partners to drive Billing timeliness, support cash collection and produce strategic reporting on WIP, debtor days and lock-up.
With extensive experience in Credit Control and Billing within the legal sector, Erika has managed large commercial client accounts across a range of industries, including central and local government, higher education, and energy and resource management. Her commercial awareness, analytical approach and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels enable her to support the firm’s revenue objectives with both rigour and a strong client focus.
Outside of work, Erika is a keen artist and continues to build on her degree in Art and Visual Culture through her creative pursuits.
