  • Successfully representing the developer of multiple residential development sites in serial adjudications arising from the development of net zero carbon smart homes.
  • Representing a social housing provider before the High Court in relation to breach of duty and Defective Premises Act claims arising from the defective design and construction of a high dependency social care facility.
  • Advising a main contractor on a multi million claim arising from the failed design of a reinforced concrete framed multi storey development and the resultant delay, disruption arising from remedial work.
  • Successfully resisting the adjudication of numerous payment claims for noncompliance with condition precedent terms within a series of subcontract arrangements.
  • Advising on the termination of various construction contracts arising from allegations of fraud by the main contractor and associated parties.
  • Advising on a series of interim valuation and subsequent final account disputes related to the completion of a substantial retail park in central England.
  • Representing clients in all forms of construction related dispute resolution including Court proceedings, Arbitration and Adjudication.
