Meet The Team

In the complex world of real estate and property, disputes are often a fact of life.

When they arise, our team can quickly recognise the commercial needs of the client and provide focused, creative advice.

The situation may be complicated, but our advice is clear, strategic, and presents a range of practical legal options to steer our clients through the maze.

Our standalone property litigation team acts for both private and public sector organisations and high-net-worth individuals. We can handle any real estate or property dispute for landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors and developers, as well as social housing providers.

Our property litigation experts also have a deep understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding real estate and can provide innovative advice on a wide range of issues.

Whether a matter is complex, high-value, or business critical, clients are safe in our hands. Thanks to our full-service real estate and property practice, we are able to partner with businesses to provide a complete commercial service, from planning and implementing property deals to all types of post-deal disputes and claims.
