He has a proven background in corporate governance, mergers and acquisition, dispute resolution, and complex commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

Ashley possesses a tried and tested record of successfully increasing the operating efficiency of legal teams and has been instrumental in streamlining and improving processes, enhancing productivity, and implementing sound business solutions to meet and exceed organisational objectives. He is  a champion of change with an entrepreneurial outlook.

As an expert in his field, Ashley was recognised by the Legal 500 GC Powerlist (Middle East, United Arab Emirates) for his role as Head of Legal – Special Project with Etihad Airways in 2015.
